Therapy:
Collaborative, Liberation-Centered Spaces
True care is a partnership. In this space, I intentionally step away from institutional labels like "client" or "patient." Instead, I work with participants, fellow storytellers, and/or dragons—individuals reclaiming their unique narratives and stepping into their inherent power.
Clinical Foundation & Current Focus:
20 Years of Advocacy: Long before pursuing clinical degrees, my journey began with nearly a decade spent championing the rights and well-being of individuals with disabilities.
The Clinical Journey: My background spans intensive family teams, school-based mental health, forensic evaluations, and outpatient clinical care, with a lifelong commitment to uplifting women and queer communities.
Current Focus: Today, I am actively learning and implementing liberation-oriented frameworks. I provide secure tele-therapy centered on somatic grounding, neurodiverse-affirming support, narrative therapy, stress management, and identity safety, exclusively for individuals residing in North Carolina.
Practice Status: Currently Full
My direct therapeutic practice is currently at capacity and I am not accepting new participants at this time.
