Values:

Inclusivity & Belonging -

I am committed to creating spaces where all individuals—especially those who are queer, BIPOC, disabled, women, and members of other marginalized communities—are respected, affirmed, and welcomed. Every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued.

~

Equity & Social Justice -

My work is grounded in the pursuit of equity and justice. I actively challenge systemic barriers and advocate for reparations, decolonization, and the dismantling of structures that perpetuate harm or exclusion.

~

Dignity & Respect -

I honor the inherent dignity of every person. Dehumanizing beliefs, language, or behaviors—including bigotry, discrimination, or hate—have no place here. This is a space where everyone’s humanity is recognized and protected.

Authenticity & Integrity -

I strive to show up with honesty, transparency, and humility in all my interactions. I am committed to ongoing self-reflection and growth, and to aligning my practice with my values.

~

Safety & Allyship -

I am dedicated to providing a safe, affirming environment for healing, growth, and advocacy. I stand in solidarity with those who have been marginalized, and I do not tolerate bigotry or exclusion in any form.

~

Note -

I welcome all who are committed to mutual respect and growth. Individuals, groups, or ideologies that dehumanize or oppress others are not aligned with the values of this practice.
